This role is with MarketFully, and Social Element is supporting the recruitment process as a fellow group member. You’ll be joining MarketFully directly, but the application and initial hiring stages will be facilitated by the Social Element team.
We’re now looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join MarketFully and support the group through a period of exciting growth across multiple new contract wins.
👊 The Opportunity
Are you an expert at tracking down elite freelance and vendor talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving project needs?
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and excellent negotiator with a passion for both quality and cost efficiency, to support us in the following:
🤝Strategic Alignment: Reporting to our Head of Vendor Management, you will also collaborate closely with Project Management, and Sales teams to translate business needs into actionable sourcing briefs (roles, skills, turnaround time, budget constraints) and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies.
🌐Freelancer Pool Creation: You will use multiple channels to proactively build and nurture agile talent pools for roles in writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.
🔍Screening & Assessment: Reach out, screen, and qualify freelancers for specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment. You will ensure a strong balance between quality, reliability, and cost to support sales commitments.
🧙♂️Negotiation Wizard: Lead robust rate negotiations, ensuring we're securing top talent while managing costs and margins.
🚦End-to-End Support: Facilitate fast onboarding and compliance so we can activate freelancers quickly and compliantly across global markets.
🗃️Database Expert: Keep our pipelines and databases updated, organized, and ready to meet fast-arising business demands—tracking performance, responsiveness, and costs to constantly improve decisions.
📊Reporting & Transparency: Maintain regular reports for sourcing stats, open roles, pipeline health, and support commercial teams with transparency around feasibility and risks.
🚀Self-Starter Mindset: Operate independently, taking ownership of your workload, identifying process improvements, and driving efficient yet effective sourcing.
👇 What we are looking for
Minimum 4 years' experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (with heavy sourcing or freelance/vendor focus).
Exceptionally strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of cost-efficient sourcing.
Outstanding communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage yourself independently and work with minimal supervision.
Experience working in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment. Comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong ability to balance operational needs with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.
Data management skills are highly desirable.
High proficiency to native level in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
