Hi, I'm Laura, one of the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the Talent Acquisition Team. 

I've been with Social Element for over two years and I recruit for global freelance and full-time roles, from junior level right up to senior leadership roles.

A little bit about me, I bring about 5 years of recruitment experience in total, spanning across both internal and agency recruitment. As well as this I have had roles within account management, sales and marketing. I love getting to know people from different backgrounds, cultures and experiences and understanding what makes people tick makes me a strong relationship builder. 

When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my fiancé, Dan, and my 3 year old rescue dog, Pickle. We often go on long walks and hikes but you'll likely find us hiding behind bushes from other people and animals as he is a nervous soul!
