Our hiring processes depend on the role you are applying for. Typically all our salaried roles consist of 3 stages, a welcome call with one of our talent team, an interview with the hiring team and then a final to meet more of the team you would be working with. At times, we will also ask you to complete a task in relation to the position too.
For freelance roles, we ask to complete a short, online assessment to test for the relevant skills. Once that is successfully passed, we will then invite you to an interview with one of the talent team to get to know you better.

As part of our candidate experience, we send out Culture Packs which include a breakdown of the recruitment process and interview tips based on the roles and type of interviews. Our interviews consist of competency, situational and value based questions, so we always recommend coming prepared with some examples of how you have demonstrated success in your previous working history.
